On July 15, 2026 (JST), BizStack Assistant was unable to work properly with Entity information.
As a result:
* Scheduled reports referring to Entity information could not find the Entity information and failed. * Questions related to Entity information in the chat platforms could not be answered properly.
The issue started at around 8:15 JST and was resolved at around 17:15 JST on July 15, 2026.
The issue was triggered by a database upgrade on our platform. Due to this change, the existing BizStack Assistant program started to behave differently. As a result, all queries against Entity information started to fail.
We deployed a fix and confirmed that the Assistant has returned to normal operation. No data was lost due to this issue.
